Privacy Policy
ClickAgent is a real-estate listing-photo app operated by Tobie Town Media, LLC ("ClickAgent," "we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information — your name, email address, and password when you create an account, or the identifier Apple provides if you use Sign in with Apple. If you complete your agent profile, this may also include your brokerage, professional title, business contact details, and phone number.
- Listing content — the property addresses, listing details, and photographs you capture and submit through the app so we can process and deliver your finished photos.
- Payment information — payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We receive confirmation and limited billing details but do not store your full card number.
- Device & technical information — device model, operating system and app version, and a device token generated through Apple's DeviceCheck. We use the DeviceCheck token solely to administer the one-time free trial and prevent abuse; it does not identify you personally.
- Usage & log data — basic technical logs generated when you use the app (for example, timestamps and error information) to keep the service working and secure.
How we use your information
- To create and manage your account and authenticate you.
- To process, edit, and deliver your listing photos.
- To take payment for paid listings and manage the free trial.
- To provide support and respond to your messages.
- To maintain the security, integrity, and reliability of the service.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run ClickAgent, and only as needed to provide the service:
- Apple — Sign in with Apple and DeviceCheck.
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Dropbox — secure transfer and temporary storage of your listing photos.
- Our photo-editing provider — automated HDR processing of your photos.
- HighLevel — customer-relationship management and communications.
- Resend — sending transactional emails (such as account messages).
- Render — cloud hosting of our backend and database.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users or the service.
Photo storage and retention
Your finished listing photos and their associated project data are automatically deleted approximately 30 days after delivery. Please save any photos you want to keep before then. We retain your account information for as long as your account is active, and delete it when you ask us to (see "Your choices" below).
Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and limit access to it.
Your choices and rights
You can access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, or ask questions about this policy, by emailing us at support@clickagent.app. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Marketing Kit websites
If you use ClickAgent's Marketing Kit to generate a single-property website for a listing, that page is publicly accessible on the internet by design. Only include information you intend to make public.
Children's privacy
ClickAgent is intended for licensed real-estate professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and post the new version here.
